<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal">Lyoner oder auch Fleischwurst, die Bezeichnungen sind regional unterschiedlich, wie auch die Form. In manchen Gegenden wir die Fleischwurst im Ring angeboten, in anderen die Lyoner. Wobei auch beides verfügbar sein kann. Häufig wird die Lyoner, auch als Kalbslyoner, als Aufschnittware angeboten 
Im Gegensatz zur Fleischwurst, die meist kräftiger gewürzt ist, wird die Lyoner in der Regel ohne Knoblauch hergestellt.</div>
